About the Role
We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual healthcare. This role offers flexibility to work remotely with minimal administrative tasks, focusing on patient assessments, medical history reviews, medication prescribing (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. The role emphasizes expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in addiction treatment and general telehealth services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care and build therapeutic relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests for informed treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and provide guidance on their use.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
- Stay informed on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
Requirements
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states (licenses in CA, FL, NC, PA, TX highly preferred).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
- DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling.
