Telemedicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine for addiction), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care and build therapeutic relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on their use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, ideally five, states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance.
