About the role
We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional virtual assessments, reviews of medical history, and appropriate treatments.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, while adhering to regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain proper medical documentation.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
- Focus on patient care without administrative burdens.
- Utilize advanced technology for efficient virtual practice.
- Contribute to expanding access to care and supporting underserved communities.
Requirements
- Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (support provided).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, scheduled in advance.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
