Telemedicine Physician

About the Role

Seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care. The role involves conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional telehealth services, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships through compassionate care.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay informed about medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure patient well-being.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification; applicable CSL if required.

Key Duties

• Provide virtual patient assessments, prescribe medications, interpret lab results, document care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
