Telehealth Therapist - Contractor

About the role

Brightways Counseling Group is seeking experienced Licensed Therapists to provide high-quality telehealth care as independent contractors. This role offers full autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the potential to increase income through additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care
• Complete treatment plans every 90 days
• Complete clinical documentation and submit to receive payment
• Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment

Requirements

• Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree
• Licensed in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Experience: At least 3 years providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
• Ability to provide telehealth services
• Successful background check
• Must reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting (currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE)

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure in Oregon

Schedule

• Work as much or as little as you choose (minimum 20 hours of availability per week)
• Fully remote — Work from anywhere within eligible U.S. states, as long as you are licensed in Oregon or able to get licensed in Oregon
• No required meetings, no required caseload minimums beyond availability
