Our dedicated team of licensed professionals utilizes therapeutic methods, including counseling, case management, medication management, and crisis services, to enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele.
Position Overview
This is a 100% remote telehealth role serving clients primarily located in Wyoming. We are seeking passionate, collaborative professionals for both full-time and part-time tracks.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Deliver care from your home office via secure virtual platforms.
- Predictable Structure: Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups) with a consistent outpatient caseload and transparent clinical goals.
- Full Operational Support: We handle the logistics so you can focus on care. Our team provides comprehensive support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and multi-state licensing.
Candidate Qualifications And Experience
- Education: Master’s Degree in a Human Services-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
- Licensure: Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in both the State of Wyoming and the State of Idaho.
- Tech Savvy: High comfort level with technology, virtual care platforms (Zoom), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Office 365.
- Core Competencies: Strong clinical understanding of evaluations, treatment planning, service coordination, documentation standards, and professional ethics.
- Skills: High degree of organizational skill, sharp attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience: Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.
Compensation And Benefits
- Full-Time Position (Benefits-Eligible)
- Hrs: 40 hours per week (with a minimum of 25 client service hours).
- Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on licensing and experience.
- Retirement: Outstanding 9.62% employer contribution (vesting required).
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, long-term disability, life insurance, and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
- Part-Time Position (Non-Benefited)
- Hrs: Minimum of 10 billable client service hours of weekly availability.
- Compensation: $40 to $50 per billable service hour, depending on licensing and experience.
