Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth)

About the role

We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-based care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6–17) and their families
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform
• Assessment & Measurement-Based Care
• Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients
• Perform multi-dimensional evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors
• Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated
• Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care
• Track client progress using session-level measures, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives

Requirements

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
• Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Independent licensure in California as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent
• Experience providing therapy to children and families
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Experience with standardized clinical measures and outcome tracking

Pay

$85 per session

Schedule

Minimum 7 client caseload, ideally during California peak hours: - Monday - Friday 3pm-7pm - Saturday & Sunday

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside in (or relocate to) one of these states prior to employment. State eligibility may change based on hiring needs.
