Responsibilities

• Provide a meaningful patient experience while using critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease‑state patients.
• Educate and support patients on new medication adherence and disease‑state training.
• Collaborate with health‑care professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations through state‑of‑the‑art telecommunications nursing outreach programs.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in state of residence with multi‑state/compact privileges and ability to obtain licensure in all non‑compact states, territories, and DC as needed.
• Must hold an unrestricted compact license in Texas or Arizona and be able to be licensed in multiple states.
• Based in TX or AZ for this requisition.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous telephonic nursing experience.
• Experience with EPIC systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure in multiple states preferred.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $29.10 – $62.32 per hour. This base rate may be supplemented by bonuses, commissions, or short‑term incentive programs based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm CST (set hours).
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
