About the Role
Seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple U.S. states to provide high-quality virtual care across diverse specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, and urgent care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional telehealth services through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction) and interpret lab tests.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with medical advancements and telehealth practices.
- Provide patient-centered, compassionate virtual care with a focus on addiction and general health.
- Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe appropriate treatments, and document clinical interactions.
- Work independently with flexible scheduling, committing at least 15 hours weekly over four days.
- Engage with a support team and participate in required training, including buprenorphine certification if applicable.
Requirements
- Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, including CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
- DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (support provided).
