Telehealth Physician

About the Role

Seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple U.S. states to provide high-quality virtual care across diverse specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, and urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional telehealth services through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction) and interpret lab tests.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with medical advancements and telehealth practices.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate virtual care with a focus on addiction and general health.
• Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe appropriate treatments, and document clinical interactions.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling, committing at least 15 hours weekly over four days.
• Engage with a support team and participate in required training, including buprenorphine certification if applicable.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, including CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (support provided).
