Telehealth Physician

About the role

We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions and prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Stay updated on medical advancements, telehealth practices, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three states, with a preference for five or more, particularly in CA, FL, NC, PA, and TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours over four days.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; assistance and costs covered.
