About the role
We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three states, preferably five, to join a telemedicine team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatments.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid addiction), and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth practices.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms and EMRs effectively (training provided).
- Work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance.
- Hold active DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
- Obtain additional state licenses as needed, with support and coverage provided.
Requirements
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and dedication.
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact.
- Willingness to complete necessary training, including buprenorphine training if applicable.
