About the Role
We are seeking dedicated physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care. This role emphasizes patient-centered, compassionate telehealth services with opportunities for hybrid in-person care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and deliver appropriate treatments virtually.
- Order and interpret lab tests to inform clinical decisions.
- Prescribe medications, excluding most controlled substances, with guidance on proper usage.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth practices.
- Provide exceptional virtual and possibly hybrid care.
- Build therapeutic relationships and deliver patient-focused treatment.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Stay current with medical advancements.
Requirements
- Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, including key states such as CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours, with scheduling flexibility.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- At least one DEA certification; additional certifications as required.
