Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. Candidates must hold an active Texas license and a current Texas DEA registration. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth
• Treat patients of both biological sexes, with a primary focus on women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Evaluate and manage male patients as needed
• Provide comprehensive treatment for both men and women, including preventive healthcare

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills
• Exceptional patient communication and relationship-building abilities
• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with Texas APRN licensure (Family specialty only) or an active Texas Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy
• Active Texas DEA registration (required at the time of application; no company reimbursement is provided)
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Patients are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time
