Telecommunications Technician

The Telecommunications Technician at this government organization will focus on the interaction between computer systems, communication methods, and devices. They will design, implement, support, and troubleshoot voice, video, and data communication systems. Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting voice, video, and data communication systems in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Collaboration with communication technologies
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) administration, configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution - Cisco Call Manager certification preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support the installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of communication systems
