Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of dedicated fiber optic infrastructure.
• Support building access and suite-level fiber installations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with local support teams to ensure service excellence.
