Telecommunications Specialist

Duties

• Matching invoices to charges to satisfy Compliance requirements
• Maintain and optimize telecom asset inventories across multiple platforms
• Manage MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) requests with vendors
• Work with Network, Facilities, and Commercial Real Estate teams to conduct audits of Internet services to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• Past success in and knowledge of administration of bill payments and general bookkeeping principles
• Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word
• Expertise in Vendor/Supplier relationship management
• Experience in Accounts Payable principles and concepts
• Experience in Telecom Supplier Management

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
