About the role

The Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing enterprise telecommunications, network, voice, mobility, audiovisual, and infrastructure projects across regional facilities. Working under supervision, this role applies project management methodology, tools, and techniques to support project leads and drive technology modernization initiatives. The position oversees vendor coordination, strategic infrastructure planning, implementation activities, and technology deployment to deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver enterprise telecommunications, network, infrastructure, and voice modernization projects.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, manage resource requirements, mitigate risks/dependencies, and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure upgrade roadmaps covering Voice Services (VoIP/HVS), Data Networks, Wireless Infrastructure, Fiber and Structured Cabling, Public Address Systems, HVAC Monitoring Systems, Fire Alarm Infrastructure, and Cisco Endpoint Refresh Programs.
  • Cook up site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities for HVS/VoIP transformation and voice modernization initiatives.
  • Maintain partnerships with carriers and technology vendors, coordinate vendor deliverables, participate in technology evaluations, and monitor contractual performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, reconciliation efforts, lifecycle management, and proper documentation in Asset Management systems.
  • Aid in enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives and network integration projects.

Requirements

  • 5 years of project or program management experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.
  • 5 years of experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • 5 years of vendor management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

  • PMP certification preferred.

Benefits

Work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Selected candidate must be local to the Metro Atlanta area and available to work in a hybrid capacity, reporting onsite as directed.
