Telecommunications Engineer

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of client networks, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct security assessments and implement security measures to protect client data.
• Manage and optimize client data centers and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS is a plus.
