About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various IT areas including networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of client networks, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct security assessments and implement security measures to protect client data.
- Manage and optimize client data centers and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS is a plus.
