About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing collaboration tools, enhancing cybersecurity measures, managing data center operations, and utilizing cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients.
  • Identify and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Implement and maintain collaboration tools and platforms.
  • Enhance cybersecurity measures through regular assessments and updates.
  • Manage data center operations, including server maintenance and disaster recovery planning.
  • Utilize cloud services to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with network infrastructure and protocols.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
