About the role
As a Telecommunications Analyst Principal at GDIT, you will make meaningful contributions to critical outcomes for complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of personal and physical assets by extending equipment lifecycles through triage, testing, repair, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of equipment technicians tasked with equipment testing and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the program's supply chain and government property management teams to ensure equipment is tracked and services procured as needed to support the lifecycle of assigned equipment.
- Drive throughput and efficiency for the team through the development of processes, cross-training, and metrics.
- Utilize technical skills to meet contractual product lifecycle requirements for telecommunications, security, and other technology products.
- Provide guidance for the analysis, maintenance, and modification of complex equipment systems to meet operations standards.
- Offer guidance regarding equipment and systems usage.
- Provide guidance to the team for the testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting of hardware equipment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience (8+ years preferred).
- Experience with testing, repair, and maintenance of telecommunications, security, and monitoring equipment.
- Technical training, certification(s), or degree.
- Secret clearance (Interim Secret currently required, Secret obtainable).
- US citizenship.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $138,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
