Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance
• Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Requirements

• Deep understanding of telecom, cable, digital platforms, enterprise applications, and customer-facing technology ecosystems
• Deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems
• Strong experience in client success, executive stakeholder management, account governance, and strategic relationship management
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business continuity
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, budgets, cost optimization initiatives, KPIs, governance models, and delivery excellence frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and managing large onshore/offshore teams across global delivery environments
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of enterprise application delivery, system integration, application support, and production operations
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned service management, incident management, problem management, SLA adherence, and operational reporting
• Familiarity with databases, SQL concepts, deployment coordination, monitoring, and application stability practices
• Ability to use automation, analytics, and process modernization to improve quality, speed, cost, and reliability
