About the role

Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Define long-term technical strategy for AI roadmap, collaborating with leadership to align engineering design with business objectives. Conduct architectural reviews and set standards for code quality, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical delivery
• Design, develop, and deploy AI services and multi-agent workflows in enterprise environments
• Implement open communication protocol integrations with MCP for agent-to-tool interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, MCP, and RAG
• Excellent communication and networking skills
