Principal Consultant - Telecom

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, complex projects profitably while maintaining scope and evaluating project health biweekly
• Lead technical direction and ensure high-quality project delivery across multiple client accounts
• Document client-specific processes and requirements for team clarity and consistency
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior technical advisor during engagements
• Mentor and develop Designers and engineers through coaching and actionable feedback
• Contribute to thought leadership by participating in industry events, publishing content, and supporting pursuit strategies
• Identify and propose systemic improvements to enhance processes and documentation across the firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
• 12+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services; demonstrated discipline-specific leadership
• Promised experience leading complex, multi-discipline projects and providing technical guidance
• Strong understanding of project delivery, client expectations, and documentation standards
• Demonstrated experience enhancing documentation, standards, and QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk products, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub
• Industry certifications: RCDD required; EIT, PE, CDT preferred; PMP a plus
