Strong technical understanding of Java full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices and React. Working knowledge of Node.js, SQL and Oracle, including system integration, data flows, APIs and production-support considerations. Ability to define scope, plans, milestones, resource needs and delivery metrics; manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controls. Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, architecture, QA, business and onshore/offshore teams. Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, facilitation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Required Skill - Java Full Stack (Java, Springboot, Microservices, React), SQL, Oracle , React, NodeJS, SQL, Oracle , Telecom domain, Project Management, Scrum Master, Strong communication & interpersonal skills ,Data Analytics, Python, Looker, Tableau , AI Techstack (Copilot/ Claude/ Gemini Vertex), MCP Preferred Skills Telecom-domain experience and familiarity with large enterprise technology programs. Project Management and Scrum Master experience, including sprint planning, backlog coordination, daily ceremonies, reviews and retrospectives. Exposure to data analytics using Python and visualization/reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau. Familiarity with modern AI technology stacks, including Copilot, Claude, Gemini Vertex and Model Context Protocol (MCP), is an advantage. Additional details: Lead the planning and execution of a long-term development project for the Telecommunication account in Tampa, Florida. Own delivery governance from initiation through release: translate business objectives into an executable roadmap; align technical and business stakeholders; coordinate Java full-stack, React/Node.js, database, analytics and QA workstreams; monitor schedule, quality, budget and team capacity; maintain RAID logs and status reports; remove delivery blockers; ensure architecture, security, testing and release-readiness reviews are completed; and drive continuous improvement. The role is an individual-contributor Technical Project Manager position requiring hands-on technical discussions, clear executive communication, effective vendor/team coordination and accountability for predictable, high-quality outcomes.
