We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Posting includes: At Alaska Communications... (mission statement). Then "We are unable to support remote international applicants or routinely sponsor work visas." That's maybe a note but not a heading. Then "The Compensation Range For This Job Is $117,046.00 - $160,007.00" => Pay section. Then "Position Summary ..." => About the role maybe. Then "Essential Functions Reasonable Accommodations Statement ..." then list of essential functions: Financial Reporting & Close Process, Telecommunications Accounting, Internal Controls & SOX Compliance, Revenue & Regulatory Support, Budgeting & Financial Analysis, Team Leadership. Those are responsibilities. Then "Position Qualifications Competency Statement(s)" then list of competencies: Analytical Skills, Business and Process Leadership, Communication Skills, Financial Management, Management Skills, Detail Oriented. Those could be Skills/Requirements. Then "Skills & Abilities Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred). Experience: Eight (8) years of progressive accounting experience. Three (3) years in a supervisory role. Telecommunications industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with SOX compliance, external audits, and financial reporting. Other Requirements Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge. Understanding of: ASC 606 Revenue Recognition ASC 842 Leases Fixed asset accounting Telecom network accounting ERP system experience (Workday) Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and Outlook." That's qualifications/requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: "Reasonable Accommodations Statement" maybe part of essential functions but we can keep as part of responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodations; but it's generic. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodations statement is not exactly EEO but could be considered legal. Might be safe to keep? It's part of essential functions but it's generic. Might be okay to keep as a paragraph. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have sections: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Qualifications (Education/Experience/Other Requirements), Skills (Competencies and Computer Skills), Pay (Compensation Range). Possibly Benefits? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit those. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's craft. Section About the role: include the mission statement and position summary? The mission statement: "At Alaska Communications, we’re committed to putting our team first, always being customer focused, having a can-do attitude, owning our results and always acting with integrity. This is what we hire for and what our team members exhibit each day. Want to make an impact with us? We are unable to support remote international applicants or routinely sponsor work visas." That's somewhat generic but maybe part of About the role. We'll include as prose. Then Position Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list each essential function heading and its bullet points. The posting has headings like "Financial Reporting & Close Process" then bullet points after colon? Actually they are sentences. We'll treat each heading as a list item with sub-bullets? Simpler: each essential function as

  • containing the description. Could also break into sub-items but not required. We need to preserve all detail. So we can include each heading and its sentences. Let's extract: Financial Reporting & Close Process - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. - Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support schedules. - Assist in preparation of GAAP financial statements and management reporting packages. - Support external audit and regulatory audit requirements. - Coordinate consolidation activities and intercompany accounting. Telecommunications Accounting - Oversee accounting for: - Fiber networks and telecommunications infrastructure. - Indefeasible Rights of Use (IRUs). - Dark fiber agreements and capacity swaps. - Network construction and capital projects. - Asset acquisitions and dispositions. - Site leases and tower agreements. - Ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of network assets. - Support accounting analyses under ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 360, and other applicable standards. Internal Controls & SOX Compliance - Assist with design, implementation, and monitoring of SOX controls. - Maintain accounting policies and procedures. - Coordinate management testing and remediation activities. - Support risk assessments and control documentation. - Ensure compliance with company accounting policies. Revenue & Regulatory Support - Review accounting for telecom services including: - Enterprise services - Wholesale services - Broadband and transport services - Carrier contracts - Partner with operations and revenue assurance teams to ensure revenue accuracy. - Support regulatory reporting requirements as applicable. Budgeting & Financial Analysis - Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes. - Analyze financial results and identify variances. - Provide financial support for strategic projects and capital investments. - Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards. Team Leadership - Supervise accounting staff and senior accountants. - Review workpapers and reconciliations. - Provide coaching and professional development. - Foster continuous process improvement initiatives. We'll put each as
  • with maybe internal
for subpoints. Qualifications: includes Position Qualifications Competency Statement(s) list of competencies. Also Skills & Abilities section with education, experience, other requirements, computer skills. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (competencies). But we have only headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide mapping. We have both "Position Qualifications Competency Statement(s)" (skills) and "Skills & Abilities Education: ..." (requirements). Could treat Competencies as Skills, and Education/Experience as Requirements/Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed, we can use Requirements for education/experience/other requirements, and Qualifications for competencies? Or vice versa. Let's see typical: Requirements often education/experience; Qualifications often skills/competencies. We'll do: - Requirements: Education, Experience, Other Requirements (GAAP, ASC, ERP, Computer Skills) - Qualifications: Competency Statement(s) (Analytical Skills, Business and Process Leadership, Communication Skills, Financial Management, Management Skills, Detail Oriented) But we also have "Skills & Abilities" heading in original; we could treat that as Skills section. However we already have Skills heading allowed. Might be redundant. Let's map: Section Skills: include the competency statements (Analytical Skills, etc.) and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office). Could also include education? But education is more requirement. Better: Use Requirements for education/experience/other requirements; Qualifications for competencies; Skills for computer skills? But we have limited headings; we can combine. Let's decide: - About the role: mission + position summary. - Responsibilities: essential functions. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Other Requirements (GAAP, ASC, ERP, Computer Skills? maybe computer skills goes under Skills) - Qualifications: Competency Statement(s) (Analytical Skills, Business and Process Leadership, Communication Skills, Financial Management, Management Skills, Detail Oriented) - Skills: Computer Skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) - Pay: Compensation Range. We must not create sections with filler. All have content. Now format. We'll output:
