We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: "At Alaska Communications, we’re committed..." maybe that's about the role? It's a company values statement. Could be part of About the role. We'll include that as prose under About the role. We have compensation range: $117,046.00 - $160,007.00 => Pay section. We have Position Summary (About the role). Essential Functions (Responsibilities). Position Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills & Abilities (Skills). Also Education, Experience etc under Qualifications? Actually they are under Position Qualifications. We'll treat them as part of Qualifications. We need Benefits, Schedule sections only if present. Not present, so omit. We must not include placeholder text. Ensure we don't create empty sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we have bullet list of essential functions. We'll convert each bullet into
  • . For Requirements maybe we have qualifications list (education, experience). We'll list them as
  • . For Skills we have list of skills/competencies. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract sections: About the role: The first paragraph about company commitment and values, plus maybe "Position Summary". We'll combine. Responsibilities: Essential Functions statements (list). We'll list each bullet. Requirements: maybe "Position Qualifications" includes Competency Statement(s) etc. But also "Other Requirements". We'll treat as Requirements. Qualifications: Education, Experience, etc. Skills: Skills & Abilities (including computer skills, etc.) Pay: compensation range. We must not include "Reasonable Accommodations Statement" maybe part of Responsibilities? It's a statement but not a duty. Could be included as prose under Responsibilities? It's not a duty but it's a statement. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about accommodations. Might be considered relevant. We'll keep it as a paragraph under Responsibilities maybe. We must remove duplicated lines. There's "Essential Functions Reasonable Accommodations Statement" then "Reasonable Accommodations may be made..." then "Essential Functions Statement(s)" then list. We'll keep the list and maybe a short note about reasonable accommodations. We must not include "We hope you’ll join us as we change lives through technology." That's a closing statement; could be part of About the role. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
