Telecaller – Immigration Consultant

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to engage with prospective clients interested in study visas, work permits, visitor visas, and immigration services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about immigration services
• Explain visa processes, work permits, and study-abroad options
• Schedule consultations and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Lead-generation and customer-handling experience

Pay

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
