About the role
Part-time Outpatient/PHP General Psychiatrist position (20 hours per week) treating patients aged 18 and older. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 4 PM CST.
Responsibilities
- Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up.
- Participate in treatment team meetings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.
Requirements
- Board Certification in General Psychiatry.
- Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Mississippi medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain.
- Comfort treating child-adult populations.
Pay
