Tele-psychiatry or Onsite Part-time Outpatient Psychiatrist Position | Hourly rate | Gulfport, MS
About the role
Part-time Outpatient/PHP position, 20 hours per week. Patient population ages 18 and older. Schedule: Monday-Friday 12 PM - 4 PM CST. Caseload will vary. Employment Type: Part-time hourly position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for patients.
- Participate in treatment team meetings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Participation in meetings when requested by CEO.
Qualifications
- Education: Board Certification in General Psychiatry.
- Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Licensure: Mississippi medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience: Must be comfortable treating child-adult populations.
