About the role

As a Technology Transformation Associate at Grant Thornton, you'll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations while working alongside Senior Executives and peers as a member of the engagement team.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a variety of client engagements in varying industries.
  • Continually strive to develop professionally, staying up to date on technology trends and solutions in the marketplace.
  • Aid in proposal development and presentations.
  • Analyze complex quantitative / qualitative data and synthesize output.
  • Communicate effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner to senior audiences.
  • Analyze client specific capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.
  • Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of client deliverables.
  • Network with your peers.
  • Meet with your mentor for regular feedback and professional development discussions.
  • Connect with fellow team members and Grant Thornton staff at social events.
  • Participate in team-building exercises.
  • Give back to the community through outreach activities.
  • Sharpen your leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and skillset (variety of capabilities and / or tools).
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment.
  • Able to understand current processes and future state processes based on business objectives.
  • Able to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, and how technology may be applied for efficiencies.
  • Able to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Schedule
