Essential Functions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, updating, and upgrading systems.
- Document procedures and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and common applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
