What You’ll Do
- Technology Deployment & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support internal platforms and applications
- Train and guide team members
- Retail Technology Support
- Support retail operations with POS systems and kiosks
- Quickly resolve store-level tech issues
- Asset Management
- Track and manage IT assets
- Perform upgrades and maintenance
- Maintain strong security practices
- User Training & Helpdesk Support
- Provide friendly, effective support to end-users
- Document all work in Jira
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with IT and business teams
- Help build and maintain a knowledge base
What You Bring
- Technical Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of networking basics
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech environments
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
