Technology Support Technician

We are seeking a Technology Support Technician to provide technical support for technology devices, focusing on end-user devices including PCs, MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones. This role involves assisting with endpoint management, device provisioning, and user support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-user/deskside support services in a healthcare environment and customer-facing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PCs, printers, and Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
• Support users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and equipment deployments.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow established security policies and procedures to protect company data and devices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or mobile device support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows and iOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Apple certifications.

Pay

$18-21 per hour (rates are negotiable based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
