Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements
  • Advising on intellectual property issues
  • Serving as support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions
  • Supporting transactions involving new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain
  • Advising start-ups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues related to enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, fintech, payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, interactive entertainment, digital content, and hardware

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the specified areas
  • Experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm
  • Excellent academic credentials

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, fintech, payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, interactive entertainment (including games), digital content, and hardware.

Skills

Strong legal skills, including negotiation, research, and writing abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal research tools are beneficial.
