Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements
• Advising on intellectual property issues
• Serving as legal counsel for M&A and financing transactions
• Supporting transactions involving new technologies like AI and blockchain
• Providing advice to start-ups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements
• Advising on intellectual property issues
• Serving as legal counsel for M&A and financing transactions
• Supporting transactions involving new technologies like AI and blockchain
• Providing advice to start-ups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• Experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm

Skills

• Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies and payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, interactive entertainment (including games), digital content, and/or hardware

Pay

$310,000 to $390,000 annually
