Technology Specialist - IT Service, Support and Operations | Automated Testing | Test automation framework design

Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082 – hybrid work set-up

Contract duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams
• Develop and execute test strategy and test planning
• Design complex SQL queries based on transformation rules, create test scenarios and test cases, and execute them according to functional/software specifications
• Write comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Work within the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of development/testing applications

Requirements

• 12+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years in Big Data, ETL Testing, and Cloud Testing
• Extensive hands-on experience in Big Data Testing, Cloud Azure Testing, and ETL Testing
• Strong exposure to Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage Containers
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of Azure pipelines and data validations
• Proven experience in end-to-end SDLC processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience
