About the role

The role is responsible for leading the automation testing efforts within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for messaging technologies including SMS, MMS, RCS, and Universal Profiles.
• Conduct proof of concepts for new technologies to assess their relevance and suitability for integration.
• Evaluate and recommend alternative architectures based on trade-offs and system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automated tests are aligned with project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in automation testing of messaging technologies.
• Minimum 12+ years of overall work experience.
• Expertise in automation testing of RCS and Universal Profile technologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Qualifications

• Automated testing certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

• Strong domain knowledge of Phone Messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, RCS, etc.).
• Expert in automation of RCS and Universal Profile testing.
• Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
• Programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
