Technology Specialist - IT Service, Support and Operations | Mobile Testing | Mobile Automation Testing

About the role

Experienced ServiceNow Test professional with strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support quality assurance activities across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. This is an onsite, contract position based in Chicago, IL (60604) with a maximum duration of 6 months. Target start date is 17 Aug 2026. Visa-independent candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality assurance activities using Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Support testing across ServiceNow modules, including Control Testing, Emerging Risk, Enterprise Risk Identification, Incident Management, Issues Management, Operational Risk Events (Loss Events), Policy Management, Risk Acceptance/Risk Treatment, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk Appetite Metrics (RAMS), and Compliance Testing (PRC GRCM).
• Perform software analysis and design with a focus on ATF testing processes.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing, specifically with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Hands-on experience with the following ServiceNow modules:
  • Control Testing
  • Emerging Risk
  • Enterprise Risk Identification
  • Incident Management
  • Issues Management
  • Operational Risk Events (Loss Events)
  • Policy Management
  • Risk Acceptance/Risk Treatment
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  • Risk Appetite Metrics (RAMS)
  • PRC GRCM (Compliance Tooling)
  • Compliance Testing
• Good understanding of ATF Framework and testing processes.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Basic domain/technical knowledge in related areas.
• Experience in software analysis and design.
