About the Opportunity

The Technology Program Manager III leads and oversees technology programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for managing program scope, resources, risks, and performance metrics to drive successful delivery. It plays a critical part in facilitating effective communication among stakeholders and adapting strategies to changing conditions, thereby contributing to the organization's technology and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
• Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders on program status and issues
• Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate risks, monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary
• Implement and report on performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards across projects within the program
• Manage the impact and smooth implementation of program changes
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related fields
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability to changing circumstances
• Preferred experience with AI tools such as Cloud Code, Kiro, and Copilot

Pay

• Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000
