Technology Product Lead, Director

About the role

Technology Product Management is responsible for designing platforms for relationship managers and financial advisors that address productivity and enhance overall client management. This role is based in New York, NY only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development
• Manage product launches and post-launch support
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Proven track record of successful product launches and management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with financial technology products
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles

Pay

The salary range for this position is USD$215,000.00 - USD$275,000.00.

Schedule

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
