About the role

Amazon MGM Studios Technology is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to drive the execution and improvement of key service delivery processes across the Studios organization. You will provide first and second tier technical support, contribute to enterprise cross-functional projects, and collaborate with software developers, executives, vendors, and other support teams.

Prime Video offers a vast collection of premium programming, including Amazon MGM Studios-produced content, licensed fan favorites, and add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll, and MGM+. As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of product, user experience, design, and technology to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

• Support network, technology, software, and devices across Amazon MGM Studios global productions.
• Provide technical support to Studios production personnel (cast and crew) and business teams (development, engineering, programming, and marketing).
• Perform systems administration, troubleshooting, issue prioritization, root cause analysis, and escalation in various software and hardware environments.
• Drive execution and improvement of key service delivery processes throughout the content production lifecycle.
• Support hardware devices, manage software applications, and deliver a positive customer service experience.
• Partner daily with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in software development or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Pay

Base salary range: $78,900 – $138,200 USD annually (Culver City, CA). Final compensation will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
