Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical program delivery for one or more workstreams within the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio, from requirements definition through production launch and post-launch measurement.
  • Define and maintain program plans, milestones, risk registries, and escalation paths; drive weekly program reviews and executive status reporting (WBR, QBR, MBR).
  • Partner with SDMs and engineering leads to identify dependencies, surface blockers, and coordinate across 5+ concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones.
  • Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders — including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations — on requirements, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
  • Build and maintain the operational rhythm for program execution: sprint planning cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms.
  • Identify systemic process gaps and design scalable mechanisms to address them, including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting workflows.
  • Contribute to OP1/OP2 planning cycles by owning headcount justification narratives, investment ask documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 USD annually.
