About the role

Delivers technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements, continuous improvement, and maintenance of existing software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of highly complex business processes and capabilities. Conducts complex business process analysis, needs assessments, and leads/participates in design sessions with Architects to align information technology solutions with business initiatives and Enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and other teams to understand business requirements and work on project deliverables.
• Involvement in project transition from different teams, including enhancements, modifications, and post-transition support.
• Provide technical leadership during development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and alignment with architectural guidelines.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience.
