About the role

Full onsite position in Atlanta, GA 30313. Local candidates are highly preferred; relocation candidates will be considered. Contract duration: 6 months. Visa-independent candidates only. Target start date: 01 Aug 2026.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric
• Develop and optimize PySpark and Spark SQL data transformations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data engineering challenges

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud data platforms
• Deep expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics and Apache Spark architecture
• Proficiency in PySpark, Spark SQL, and Data Lake (Medallion) architecture
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Must have: Azure Synapse Analytics, PySpark
• Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric
