Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual reality-based training and employment skill development activities.
- Provide technology support and guidance to members, staff, and program teams.
- Develop and manage training schedules and program activities.
- Monitor and document participant progress and outcomes.
- Provide person-centered services that support individual employment goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, staff, employers, and community partners.
- Promote awareness, education, and advocacy related to technology-assisted employment services.
- Support the ongoing growth and success of Project (VR)? and related initiatives.

- Passionate About Technology, Workforce Development, And helping others succeed.
- Comfortable presenting, training, and engaging with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Interested in innovative approaches to employment services and disability inclusion.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Able to travel regularly between multiple Viability program locations to provide on-site training, support, and program services.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of virtual reality headsets, tablets (including iPads), internet and Wi-Fi connectivity, and VR software applications.
- Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues, support users with technology adoption, and confidently operate and train others on VR equipment and software.
