Technology Integration Specialist 2

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual reality-based training and employment skill development activities.
• Provide technology support and guidance to members, staff, and program teams.
• Develop and manage training schedules and program activities.
• Monitor and document participant progress and outcomes.
• Provide person-centered services that support individual employment goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members, staff, employers, and community partners.
• Promote awareness, education, and advocacy related to technology-assisted employment services.
• Support the ongoing growth and success of Project (VR)? and related initiatives.

• Comfortable presenting, training, and engaging with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Interested in innovative approaches to employment services and disability inclusion.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Able to travel regularly between multiple Viability program locations to provide on-site training, support, and program services.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of virtual reality headsets, tablets (including iPads), internet and Wi-Fi connectivity, and VR software applications.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues, support users with technology adoption, and confidently operate and train others on VR equipment and software.
