Job SummaryOur client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver large infrastructure technology programs following corporate standards and best practicesProvide structured project leadership by establishing governance, defining phases, setting clear roles, and tracking key deliverables and milestonesDevelop comprehensive project plans and provide hands-on execution leadership to manage scope, schedule, resources, and budgetIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, creating proactive contingency and health restoration plans when necessaryPartner closely with stakeholders to forecast resource needs, facilitate technical working sessions, and establish clear project communication protocolsProvide timely status updates to leadership regarding project health, while escalating critical roadblocks and constraints immediately Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)7+ years of dedicated technical project/program management experience driving highly complex IT infrastructure initiatives.Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.Proven expertise applying Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies within a large, matrixed corporate environment.General technical familiarity with core infrastructure domains, including servers, storage, networks, databases, and middleware.Direct, hands-on experience working with PPM tools such as Clarity, alongside workflow platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically including MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Prior experience working within a large financial services firm or a highly regulated industry.Direct experience successfully leading network infrastructure deployment projects.Prior experience managing application development initiatives alongside infrastructure work.Experience managing large-scale infrastructure deployments with significant scope, financial scale, and organizational risk.Deep understanding of corporate IT controls, compliance frameworks, and strict regulatory requirements.
