Technology Director, Search and Recommendations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technology Director, Search and Recommendations to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will own the technical strategy and roadmap for digital shopping experiences across web and mobile channels, with a strong emphasis on search and recommendation capabilities. The role partners closely with business and functional leaders to align technology decisions with customer needs, commercial priorities, and operational goals. You will also evaluate market trends, guide vendor strategy, and help shape scalable solutions that improve the overall e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical strategy and roadmap for web and mobile products

Qualifications

Pay

$190,000 – $300,000 annually
