About the role
Christ Covenant Church and Covenant Day School are a Christian church and school committed to being salt and light for God’s glory. Together, we seek to love the Lord with heart, soul, and mind and to love our neighbors as ourselves. The technology department supports church ministry and Christian education by providing reliable, secure, and effective technology across the campus. This is a hands-on leadership role with primary responsibility for network administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and core technology systems. Reporting to the Director of Church Administration and Covenant Day Business Manager, the role is salaried (exempt) and serves in person on campus throughout the 12-month calendar year as an administrative staff leader. The Technology Director currently leads two additional technology team members and fosters a collaborative, team-oriented approach to serving faculty, staff, ministry leaders, and other campus users. The Director works closely with school and church leadership, the educational technology leaders, and other departments to ensure technology effectively supports teaching, learning, ministry, and daily operations.
