About the role
Pariveda is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee small teams of Pariveda employees and manage relationships with multiple clients in various industries. This role involves diagnosing complex technical and business problems, implementing creative solutions, leading project development, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Drive career progression and development for team members
- Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals
- Architect technical solutions for complex problems
- Manage all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices
- Implement AI tools to enhance client solutions

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in application development
- Strong background in technical and/or management consulting
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience architecting technical solutions
- Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices
- Leadership of technical teams
- Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others
- Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and industry professionals
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience
Qualifications
- Passionate technologist
