Responsibilities

  • Drive your career and become a technology executive through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and frequent advancement opportunities.
  • Oversee small teams of Pariveda employees and manage relationships with multiple clients across industries.
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems, implementing creative solutions that leverage Pariveda’s capabilities to meet client needs.
  • Use design principles and frameworks to perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control, and delivery.
  • Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across technologies such as custom web/mobile development, cloud solutions (Azure/AWS), IT strategy, change/program management, data-driven solutions, IoT, machine learning, and CI/CD in DevOps.
  • Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions, incorporating AI tools to streamline development, uncover insights, and accelerate delivery while upholding responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings, adapting communication for varying audiences, including high-level stakeholders.
  • Identify career progression needs and strengths of team members, creating development opportunities.
  • Mentor junior colleagues by setting career development goals, meeting regularly, delivering semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their advancement.
  • Support company growth by building and maintaining a professional network and contributing to recruitment efforts.
  • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in continuous learning, personal/professional development, community service, and team-building efforts.
  • Work within a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office work.
  • Engage in a culture of continuous learning, development, and community service while collaborating with smart, humble, and supportive colleagues.

Requirements

  • Passionate technologist with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in application development.
  • Background in technical and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices.
  • Current leadership of technical teams.
  • Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others to develop their careers.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and industry professionals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
